My Arrival

Thursday night I ended up going out with my roommate and his friend. It was an amazing night. We started out at a party at a club. It was a little crowded but the drinks were good and the music was pretty good. We were thinking about leaving when my roommate spotted Kelly Osbourne and we knew it was definitely time to go.

We left and went to another club. I'm ashamed to admit it but I actually recognized and spotted Bobby Trendy. Yes, I said Bobby Trendy. I'm happier to say we also saw Christian from Project Runway Season 4. My roommate was unimpressed but I LOVE him so I was psyched.

The night, of course, ended at Del Taco where I had my first, amazing experience with the Big Fat Breakfast Taco. The perfect bedtime snack.

Last night I went out with my other roommate and some other guys. We went to a pretty cute club. I had to pay some bottle service fee because it was this girl's birthday. You know I drank that vodka. I tried to get my roommate to hook up with that girl from Real World Sydney. Ashli. He pretended not to be interested until later when she was already gone.

Today I kind of cleaned my room and sat around.
I'm producing a music video that my roommate is shooting and directing so I did some stuff for that.

Now I have to do coverage for work. And watch my roommate play Halo. I'm pretty sure I graduated college but apparently I'll never escape boys in hats and t-shirts playing video games.

One Week

So I've been in LA for almost a week. I've pretty much moved into my house with my new roommates. I love the house and my roommates.

My internships started Monday. Mon-Wed I'm at a production company on a studio lot. Thurs and Fri, I'm at a smaller production company. Mostly I answer phones, read and run errands all day. I like my Mon-Wed way better and I might even quit my Thurs-Fri and pick up a temp job to make some money.

Tonight I'm experiencing the LA Nightlife for the first time. I wasn't going to go out but my roommate picked out a fierce outfit for me and once I saw it on, I couldn't say no to going out. Also, once his friend called it my "arrival," I was hooked. But, I have a promise to be home by 2:30. I do still have to go to work tomorrow.

I'll come back with a full report on LA nightlife. I personally don't think I'm ready for it so I'm not sure it will be a shining review. Although, it could be an amazing night. I hope it is.

I truly wish I could dress like Blair Waldorf every day. She may be a bitch, but she always looks fabulous.
